Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — uninstalled, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@apreproductions.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 149 Old Salt Lake Road, #32, Rockport, TX 78382.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of the returned item arriving.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In these cases we cover return shipping and will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Fitment

If a part does not fit the vehicle year and model listed in the product description, we treat it as our error: we cover return shipping and will replace the part or refund it in full. Email us your order number, vehicle year and model, and a photo of the part in place, and we'll sort it out.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All catalog parts are returnable under the terms above. If we ever produce a one-off part to your specification, we'll tell you in writing before you order whether it's returnable

 

Exchanges
Exchanges are available within the same 30-day window — email us and we'll arrange the swap.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
